The Language of Aphasia

As an artist living with Aphasia as a result of a traumatic brain injury, Boucher explores his experiences with language in his work. Having lost the ability to communicate verbally after his injury, the consistent use of letters, numbers and symbols in his work became a way for Boucher to bring language back into his life.
